SJ Townend lives in Bristol with her two children where she works as a teacher, and in her free time, she writes speculative fiction and romance. She also reads slush for Bag of Bones indie press.

Her first romance novel 'Pick-Up Lines' is going to be published early 2023 (Champagne Book Group) and her debut dark fiction collection 'Sick Girl Screams' (Brigids Bate Press) towards the latter half of next year.
